Vitamin C without the orange juice. (poem)

Gray clouds somber the moment,

a curtain over the sunlight.

Downcast moments trod on

downcast thoughts.

the sun peeks through,

wishing happiness and hope.

don't let the negatives

pull you in, smother you.

Fight back, you've got the right.

Nobody can steal your spotlight.

You deserve to shine and bask in the glory,

even angels fall down sometimes,

so get back on your pedestal

and arm yourself with knowledge,

for the battles ahead are

promisingly difficult but worth more,

than the prize you reach at the end.
