Soliloquy of a Heartbreak (poem)

Broken soliloquy,

Yelling at the ghosts that still exist.

Broken ship,

taking on water,

too fast, too fast.

Follow me far,

follow me fast,

I'll take you on adventure that never ends, forever lasts.

Broken words,

Cut like glass,

Friendships that endure,

But I missed the invite.

Sitting here quietly,

at a tea party,

set for twelve, occupied by one.

Like my shadow,

sew my soul to me,

just so i remember,

what it feels like when,

I recite my soliloquy.
